Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Create an account or check out as a guest, enter your delivery details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order by clicking “Buy now” (this button confirms a legally binding, payment-obligated order).
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to amend or cancel it. Once shipped, please use our withdrawal process instead
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is available. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and view your order history.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes, Hamdan Store offers international shipping to select countries. Availability may vary based on product type and destination.
Delivery times vary by location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, while international orders may take 7–14 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Shipping charges depend on the destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Charges are calculated at checkout.

Cooling for Fresh Goods
Fresh and perishable items (e.g. dairy, fresh produce) are packed in insulated packaging with cooling elements to maintain freshness throughout transit.
Yes — our cooling packaging is designed to keep products at a safe temperature for the expected transit time. We recommend being available to receive fresh orders promptly on the delivery day to preserve quality.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we will offer a replacement or refund. Please note: due to their perishable nature, fresh goods are excluded from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal once delivered (see Returns section).
Halal Certification
We offer a dedicated selection of halal-certified products, clearly marked on the product page. Not all items in our wider international range are halal-certified — please check the halal filter and product labeling before ordering if this is important to you.

Our halal products are sourced from suppliers holding recognized halal certification. Certification details are available on individual product pages where applicable.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in accordance with German and EU consumer law.
You can use our online withdrawal button, found on our website without needing to log in, to start the process — or fill out and submit the model withdrawal form provided in our Withdrawal Policy. We’ll send you confirmation of receipt by email once submitted.
